Location: Central London

Our client, an innovative and luxury spa coming soon in central London is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to organize and oversee the daily operations of the company commencing July 2019. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of around 25 operational staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Russian language is essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Front of house and administrative work to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and customer satisfaction
  • Planning and oversight of the day-to-day running of the business
  • Supervision and coordination of all operational staff (receptionists, kitchen and spa staff)
  • Procurement, stock and cash management
  • Liaison with General Manager and associated reporting
  • Implementation of health and safety procedures and compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements


  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position (5+ years)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Team player with willingness to help out wherever required
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of regulation and best practice preferred
  • Financially and computer literate
  • Fluent Russian and English
  • Full time role
